James (Jim) Newman is a specialist knee surgeon with Yorkshire Knee Clinic. He deals with many forms of knee pain, and works with patients from Wakefield and across Yorkshire.

Jim only works with knee problems. Vastly experienced, and having co-developed a gold standard knee service and recovery programme for the Mid Yorkshire NHS Health Trust, he was appointed the trust’s lead surgeon for elective orthopaedic surgery in 2012.

Today, in addition to his NHS work and the time he spends training new orthopaedic doctors and surgeons, he treats patients privately at Yorkshire Knee Clinic.
